Ali Adair Sax requires deposits for all bookings. These are non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation by the client, we charge as follows:

2 months prior: deposit only

4-8 weeks prior: deposit + 25%

2-4 weeks prior: deposit + 50%

1 to 2 weeks prior: deposit + 75%

less than 1 week notice: full fee payable.

Upon booking, the client must provide:

Venue including Postcode

Agreed Fee

For bookings where Ali Adair Sax is required to provide backing music or DJ services (such as DJ & Sax packages, or Sax & Tracks), the client is responsible to ensure the venue has appropriate mains power supply for our system.

 

The client is required to let us know if the venue uses a limiter, and whether the venue can provide internet.

If these details are not supplied, Ali Adair Sax does not accept liability should we not be able to perform, and the client will be charged for the performance timeslot.
